DJ Lisa Love is the founder of the More Than Music DJ Institute, LLC.  She started the private dj lessons with a mission and purpose to provide a place for anyone to express themselves through the music; to build self-confidence; to stimulate brain waves to display internal talents outwardly through education and support; and to achieve great success in every aspect of life.

DJ Emperor Smooth is the founder and CEO of Emperor Entertainment and the Vice President of the More Than Music DJ Institute.  He Co-owns and operates the Greensboro NC chapter.  He started his entertainment company with a vision of having a reputable company for the graduates of the MTMDJI to be employed as independent contractors.   He has been a professional dj since 1976.  He taught DJ Lisa Love the art of dj'ing in 1984 just before she went to college.  Twenty years later she would teach him the same art using Serato Scratchlive.  He jumped in and has not turned back.  He continues to do events all over the United States and had done area sell-out events for Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj.  His mission is to build an empire of DJ's with high standards and professionalism who will do events all over the world.
